Eden Centre For Adults (Hougang/ Clementi)
The Eden Centre for Adults (formerly known as the Autism Youth Centre) was repositioned as adult Day Activity Centre in 2010. This was in response to the changing landscape of needs in the post-age-18 service areas for people with autism. Guided by the principles of Meaningfulness, Independence and Dignity, its mission is to be the leading centre in establishing quality long-term outcomes in Autism.
With its core emphasis being Person-Centred Planning, the programme builds strengths and capacities of its clients through individualised programming in an autism-friendly environment. Based on the unique needs of the each individual, the centre provides training and support in the areas of self-help skills, health and fitness, community living, recreation and vocation training.

Eden Activity Club
The Club is open to individuals with autism who have difficulty accessing other support services, and who are socially isolated for most part of the day. With a series of leisure and recreational activities available weekly, the Club aims to increase the level of participation, community engagement and well-being of its members in an age-appropriate and meaningful social context.

THK Autism Centre @ Geylang Bahru
The THK Autism Centre @ Geylang Bahru was set up to meet the increasing demand for a Day Activity Centre for adults with autism aged 16 to 55 years old.
Our clients are referred to us by SG Enable, the central referring body. If you wish to register with our centre, you may contact SG Enable.
Our facilities include a kitchen where our clients will learn to cook and bake simple dishes; an open gym area used for dancing, exercising and leisure play; there is also a mock up apartment facility where our clients can practise daily activities such as folding clothes, making their bed, etc. We have classrooms where numeracy and literacy lessons are held, and all classrooms also include individual calming rooms for clients to regulate their emotions. This is a place for relaxation and contemplation for our clients as well. There is also a Snoezelen Room, a Multi-Sensory Environment, for our clients to explore and to improve their cognitive and sensory needs through therapy.

DAC @ RED CROSS
The Red Cross Home for the Disabled is a residential home for those with multiple disabilities, and operates a Day Activity Centre providing day care services.
With a team of dedicated nursing professionals, therapy and healthcare aides, physiotherapists as well as occupational and speech therapists, we provide quality care to those who are unable to care for themselves due to their unfortunate disabilities.

THK Pan-Disability Centre @ Eunos
The Society of Moral Charities (Visually Handicapped), SOMC (VH), is a sheltered workshop that provides persons with visual impairment a means to be gainfully employed and was started in October 2005. The Centre, now known as THK Pan-Disability Centre @ Eunos, has since moved towards pan-disability and currently has clients with various /multiple disabilities, such as, hearing impairment, intellectual and multiple disabilities.

DAC @ CPAS
Established in February 2006, Day Activity Centre provides care and skills training to persons with Cerebral Palsy and other associated physical disabilities, aged 16 to 55 years, who are not suitable for sheltered employment or whose family members are unable to take care of them during the day.
The operating hours of DAC is from 9.00am to 4.00pm (Monday to Friday) with an hour lunch and two tea breaks at a suitable time scheduled.

DAC @ St. Andrew’s Adult Autism Services (SAAAS)
SAAAS runs the Day Activity Centre (DAC) programmes for youths and adults, aged 19 and beyond, with moderate to severe autism.
TOUCH Centre for Independent Living (TCIL)
TOUCH Centre for Independent Living (TCIL) believes that individuals with intellectual disabilities can be empowered to contribute to society and live a dignified life. TCIL is a day activity centre that seeks to provide a competency-based training programme suitable for adults with mild intellectual disabilities.
SPD REHABILITATION CENTRE : DAY CARE/ NURSING/ THERAPY/ TRANSITION TO WORK
SPD operate the Day Activity Centre (DAC) for people with physical and multiple disabilities to nurture their self-help skills through a balanced and structured programme that focuses on social and recreational activities of daily living. At the same time, caregivers and family members get the respite they need and some can choose to continue working without having to worry about the care of their disabled loved ones.
